EXCHANGE POLICY
We value customer satisfaction and want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before making a request.
Important: Packages cannot be opened while the courier is waiting — all exchanges or returns must be requested through our official process after delivery.
1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return
• All exchange and return requests must be submitted through the Exchange & Return Form on our website within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
• Swimsuits cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
• Exchanged items must be in perfect, unused condition:
• No damage, wear, tear, stains, or odors.
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (including tags and protective covers).
• Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Fees & Refunds
• A 140 LE fee applies to all exchanges and returns, paid by the customer.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
• Once approved, refunds will be issued via Instapay within 4–6 business days.
3. Additional Notes
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our support team within 24 hours for assistance.
• We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return that does not meet our policy requirements.
